Something Different

Hey Stampers!  This project is just something that I created one night without any clear destination in mind.  I started with the Manhattan Flower embossing folder.  I embossed it on white card stock.  I then used my Stampin' pastels to color the flowers. I took the different shades of red for the top flower and did different shades of purple for the rose.  Once I achieved the colors I wanted I added some Dazzling Diamonds glitter to give them a little sparkle.  I trimmed the down the white card stock so that I just had the flowers.  I then I took a piece of white card stock and cut it to 5x7.  I stamped the swirl from the Baroque Motifs set in Melon Mambo and then again in Perfect Plum.  I took the flower from the same set and stamped it all the white with using the Melon Mambo and Perfect Plum.  I made leafs from Green Galore and ran them through my crimper and then made score lines on them to give a more leaf like quality.  That detail is hard to see in the picture.  I stamped "cherish" in Melon Mambo in the bottom left corner. Then I adhere my embossed flowers and added the leaves.  I plan to eventually find a nice frame and put this on the wall.  I hope you like it and thanks for stopping by.

Come and create something with me,

Andi
